A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND ROAD CLOSURE ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THE CHENANGO COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICE FOR CHENANGO COUNTY EFFECTIVE AT 9PM MONDAY. IT WILL BE RE-EVALUATED AT 6AM TUESDAY.
