Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a complaint of a disabled vehicle in the Town of Hamden and arrested 41-year-old Arthur Melvin of Andes for Driving While Intoxicated & Parking on Pavement.  He is to return to Hamden Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one-car motor vehicle accident on State Route 28 in the Town of Meredith and arrested 42-year-old Deanna Stein of Delhi for Driving While Intoxicated & Failure to Keep Right.  Stein will return to Meredith Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
