The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the finding of a deceased woman in a creek Thursday. The body was found in a creek at the intersection of Buel and Ray Mower Spur roads in the town of Cherry Valley. An autopsy has been scheduled, the identity of the woman and the cause of death are under investigation.

The Chenango county health department will hold a free rabies clinic tomorrow in Norwich. The clinic for dogs cats & ferrets will be from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the Norwich Fire Station at 341 east main Street. More information is available at 337-1673.
