Governor Cuomo arrived in Havana, as part of the New York State Trade Mission to Cuba Monday. Cuban government leaders & business leaders greeted the Governor, who is traveling with New York Business leaders, Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie & other members of the state legislature. In the afternoon, the Governor delivered remarks at the opening of a business roundtable meeting between New York and Cuban industry leaders representing a variety of sectors.

The Delaware County Public Health Services will hold a Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic today for dogs, cats, and domesticated ferrets today. The Clinic will be held at 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Hancock Town Hall.
