The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce, & the Newman Development Group will celebrate the grand opening of Hillside Commons in Oneonta’s today from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. the Hillside Commons is the newest student housing development, today’s event is open to the public, at 150 Blodgett Drive, Oneonta.
