Delaware County Deputies investigated a one-car personal injury auto accident on State Hwy 10 in the Town of Delhi. 22-year-old Michael Taylor of Blairstown New Jersey lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway and struck a tree. Taylor was transported to Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown. 21-year-old Brooke Hallowell of Belvedere New Jersey was a passenger in the vehicle; she was transported to Albany Medical Center by helicopter. Taylor was issued a traffic summons for speed not reasonable and prudent.

State Troopers arrested 53 year old Martha McConville of Stamford for 4th degree Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree Criminal Trespass, Theft of Services, and 2 counts of 2nd degree Harassment, and 63 year old Cheryl Christenson of Stamford for 3rd degree Criminal Trespass and Theft of Services. The arrest was the result of a disturbance complaint at a restaurant in Delhi, McConville and Christenson were arraigned t and were remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 bail.
