The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 58-year-old Frederick Patterson of Binghamton man Monday night after executing a search warrant at The Travel Hotel on Front Street. Patterson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, police confiscated 101 bags of heroin and $1,353 of suspected drug sale proceeds inside of the room. Patterson was arraigned and taken to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office without bail.

The Otsego county health department will hold another free rabies clinic for dogs Cats & Ferrets today. The clinic will be held at Clifton Park in Unadilla from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
