The Broome County Sheriffs Department announced the disappearance of 61 year old Kathryn Touhey of Johnson City.  She is white, 5’9″ tall, about 140 pounds, with Blonde hair, Brown Eyes, she suffers from dementia and is in need of medical attention.  She was last seen Thursday Afternoon at around 4:00 PM on Eastwood Drive, driving a brown Honda CRV with New York License Plate CAL-1954.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Broome County Sheriff’s Department at 778-1911, or at 9-1-1.
