Graduation ceremonies will begin today at several area school districts. At 6:30 tonight, commencement exercises will be held in the Charlotte Valley & Windsor school districts, at 7:00 PM, graduations ceremonies will be held for seniors at Afton, Deposit, Franklin, Laurens, Milford, Morris & Unatego.

Governor Cuomo announced that New York State residents and visitors may fish for free without a fishing license in any of the state’s waterways this weekend. In addition to the June free fishing weekend, legislation signed by Governor Cuomo now allows for an increase in the number of authorized yearly statewide free fishing days. This year, Veteran’s Day, November 11, has also been designated as a free fishing day.

Matthews Ford is hosting the 10th Annual Mustang Rally at 175 East Main Street in Norwich Saturday at 6pm. Matthews spokesperson kathy Breno explains:

Delaware county public health will hold another free rabies clinic today. The clinic will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Masonville Fire Hall.
