State Police are investigating the suspicious deaths of 24 year old Dustin McMahon & 31 year old Christina Arvidson of Richmondville, in the town of Summit, Schoharie County. State Police were called to the scene on Rossman Valley Road on Tuesday. A preliminary investigation revealed the individuals died overnight Monday.

Binghamton Police announced the arrests of 22-year-old William Ritchie and 17-year-old Andrew Carter of Binghamton, in connection with a series of nazi symbols left a several locations around Binghamton. Both were charged with aggravated harassment and criminal mischief, designated as a hate crime. Additional charges may be forthcoming.

State Police arrested 58 year old Debra Mills of Sidney, for Felony Forgery & Petty Larceny, for allegedly stealing checks from a woman she took care of, forging the checks then cashing them. Mills was arraigned in the town of Sidney Court where she was released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to reappear appear in court Thursday.

Governor Cuomo has named Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas as the special prosecutor to investigate allegations that former Attorney General Eric Schneiderman physically abused 4 women. Schneiderman resigned on Monday following the publishing of an article in “The New Yorker” where the women accused Schneiderman of striking them.
