The Chenango county historical society will unveil an agricultural education center in Norwich later this month, with the centerpiece being an 1800’s Oxford barn. Society Board of Directors President Joyce Zummo explains:

The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Kendra McLain of Sherburne Thursday for burglary, grand larceny and forgery. McLain was arrested for unlawfully entering a residence and stealing property from within, for allegedly forging personal checks and receiving money from the vicitm’s bank account. McLain was arraigned in the Town of Sherburne Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
