60-year-old Robert Doyle of Windsor was arrested on a\nvariety of drug charges, by the Broome County Special Investigations Task\nForce. Police searched Doyle\u2019s home at\n118 Main Street in Windsor, they seized Crystal Meth, Mollies, drug packaging\nmaterials and digital scales used to weigh narcotics & a stolen 12-gauge\nshotgun. Doyle was charged with multiple\ncounts of Criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of\nstolen property & criminally using drug paraphernalia, he faces court action\nshortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Police arrested 27 year old Gary Garbera of Oneonta\nfor Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, Refusal to Submit\nto a Breath Test, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection among other\ncharges. Troopers initiated a traffic\nstop on Clinton Street in the city of Oneonta after they observed Garbera with\nan equipment violation, he was arrested & Troopers learned that Garbera\u2019s\nlicensed was revoked and he had a bench warrant with the city of Oneonta Police\nDepartment. He was arrested and\nprocessed then released to Oneonta Police. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State Commissioner of Health Dr. Howard Zucker today\nannounced that influenza is no longer prevalent in New York State. The\ndeclaration means that healthcare workers who are not vaccinated against\ninfluenza are no longer required to wear masks in areas where patients are\npresent.
