Otsego County is pursuing funding for a Microenterprise\nProgram to assist small businesses with five or fewer employees, including the\nowner. Either the owner, or new hire(s), must have low-to-moderate incomes.\nEligible applicants may receive a grant up to $35,000. Executives from the State Office of Victim Services &\nthe State Office of Children and Family Services  toured the new mobile Child Advocacy Center in\nDelaware County Monday.   The Delaware\nCounty mobile unit is 1 of 7 that will be delivered throughout the state this\nsummer and fall  & it is part of a\n$4.45 million investment by the state to improve services for children who are\nvictims of physical or sexual abuse.  The\nprogram is being funded through a partnership between the State Office of\nVictim Services and the State Office of Children and Family Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
