State Police arrested 56 year old Kenneth Friedlander of\nOneonta for Assault & Harassment after Troopers were dispatched to Oneida\nStreet for a dispute. 2 people told\ntroopers they approached Friedlander, asking him to turn down his music, an\naltercation ensued. Friedlander was\narrested and arraigned in the town of Oneonta court and subsequently remanded\nto the Otsego County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veterinary & Dental appointments\nare just about filled; there is no cost for participants. The Binghamton Police Department and Binghamton Fire\nDepartment responded this morning to reports of a strong chemical odor in the\nWest End of Binghamton. Fire Department\nofficials reported that it was a combination of chlorine and antifreeze in a\ngarbage truck, workers noticed a burning smell & intense odors, prompting\nthe emergency response. All 4 workers\nwere taken to the hospital as a precaution, the investigation is continuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
