Krystal plays the guitar,<\/div>\n<div>the piano and the ukulele. Krystal is 16\u00a0years old and lives at her home in East Meredith, she\u00a0 attends Charlotte Valley Central School in Davenport, she was recently nominated in the Josie Music Awards which will be held at Dollywood in Pigeon\u00a0Forge Tennessee on September 21st at a Red Carpet Award Ceremony. Krystal was nominated for the Young Adult Female Vocalist Of The Year and the Songwriter Achievement Award in the Modern country category. Krystal earned her nominations for her original song titled No more sometimes. We sent her video of her performing her song in for consideration along with 23,025 other videos from across\u00a0the globe. After what seemed like an eternity, the Josie Music Awards announced the list of nominees was done and would be posted. We anxiously went to their website hoping, but absolutely not expecting to see her name because, after all there were over 23,000 submissions.\u00a0We will be traveling to Dollywood in September to attend the Award show. There will be a pre show party to be held at Blake Sheltons Ol Red bar and grill in Gatlinburg Tennessee \u00a0the evening prior to the Award Show at Dollywood that we will be attending as well. We will then head out from Dollywood to go to Nashville Tennessee where Krystal will be performing on the Strip.\u00a0 \u00a0Krystal has been singing virtually since she was old enough to talk. She absolutely loves to sing! She started singing in church at a very young age. She then graduated to performing in school talent shows which she won her first at the age of six. Krystal was really hooked on performing when she entered the Teen Idol competition sponsored by five star Subaru at the Foothills Performing Arts Center In Oneonta NY at the age of 13. She was the youngest of over 40 competitors and she made it all the way to the final night.
