State Police announced the termination of Michael O’Flaherty, a former State Police Narcotics Investigator, after pleading guilty in a federal court to making false statements. O’Flaherty disclosed a Covert Investigation to his Former Confidential Informant, who was a Prolific Dealer of Fentanyl, and Then Lied to Federal Investigators About his Conduct. O’FLAHERTY of Poughkeepsie, could be sentenced to 5 years in prison.
