BREAKING NEWS: There has been a parking garage collapse reported at the Baldwin St. Johnson City parking garage across from Wilson Hospital. A part of the second level of the parking garage ramp has collapsed into the first floor of the garage. Unknown if anyone is trapped at this time. *UPDATE* Early indications are that there was NOT anyone in the garage or in any parked vehicle at the time of the collapse!
