Delaware County District Attorney’s Office announced the indictment of 51 year old David Gensler of Delhi, for 1st degree Rape, Stalking, Unlawful imprisonment & Sexual Abuse. Gensler is accused of forcibly compelling another person to engage in sexual contact, engaging in a course of conduct with the intent to cause mental and emotional harm, restrained another person which exposed them to risk of serious physical injury and forcibly compel sexual abuse against another. The investigation is ongoing, Gensler was remanded to the Delaware County Jail without bail.
