This weekend, Boston Red Sox fans will have a chance to see all of those recent World Series trophies at National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum hosts Red Sox Weekend. Among the items on display are a Bat used by David Ortiz, Spikes worn by Koji Uehara, Catcher’s helmet and mask worn by David Ross, a Glove used by Stephen Drew, Batting gloves used by Xander Bogaerts & The fake beard Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk wore when he threw out the ceremonial first pitch in Game 6.
The Oneonta Farmers’ Market will hold its annual Children’s Day event tomorrow with live music, free tastings, vegetable stamping art projects, a scavenger hunt, free bookmarks, balloons and a free drawing to win a Green Toad Book Store gift certificate.
