State Police investigated a car/pedestrian fatal motor vehicle Thursday in Windsor, where 37 year old Brenda Hadlick struck 4 year old Kenzee Wheeler as she was backing her vehicle in the driveway. The child was air lifted to Wilson Memorial Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries. Hadlick was charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide, and was arraigned in the Town of Windsor Court and released on her own recognizance to appear at a later date pending Grand Jury.

Delaware county Sheriff Deputies arrested 24 year old  SAMANTHA SONS of Bainbridge and charged her with 5th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument.  Sheriff Deputies and Probation Officers conducted a search of her vehicle and located a quantity of Crack Cocaine, Heroin and a Syringe. SONS will be arraigned Tuesday in Town of Sidney Court for the Probation Violation, she is currently being held in the Delaware County Jail without bail.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit arrested 27 year old Miguel Santiago of the Bronx, for 3rd degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Santiago was arrested when he attempted to sell 80 bags of Heroin, to an undercover officer in the Village of Walton. Santiago was arraigned in the Village of Delhi Court and remanded to the Delaware County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Delhi Court on Tuesday for further Court action.
