Norwich City Police are asking the public for help in the search for 51-year-old Krista Kosowsky of Norwich, who was reported missing Friday evening by her husband after she failed to show up for work in Clinton.  Police said that Kosowsky had to change her route to work Friday due top flooding, she is described as a white female with brown eyes and brown hair, she was driving a gold, four-door 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix with the license plate number FCX3112.  Norwich police are asking anyone with information to call them at 334-1212.

Motorists are advised that State Route 17 eastbound between the Airport Road exit and the Front Street exit will be reduced to one lane this morning, as Crews will be reconstructing pavement. Also, Crews will be performing bridgework on Interstate 81 southbound over Chenango Street.
