Police are on the lookout for a man who robbed First Niagara Bank on Conklin Road for the 2nd time in 2 weeks.  State Police reported that a man walked into the bank Wednesday afternoon, handed the teller a note and left with cash.  Police are looking for a white male, about 5 feet 9 inches tall, wearing a dark brimmed knit cap, long pants, gloves, a dark colored sweatshirt & wearing a camouflage bandana over his face.


The Chenango county sheriff’s department arrested 30 year old Brandi Button & 39 year old Michael Bishop of Plymouth, on charges of 6th degree conspiracy & petty larceny.  Deputies arrested the pair following an investigation at the Norwich Wal-Mart for allegedly attempted to leave with a shopping cart of groceries without paying for the items.  Both were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Norwich Court at a later date.
