State troopers arrested 19-year-old McKinley Ridenour & 20 year old Patrick Schneck of Delhi for unlawfully dealing with a child following a complaint.  Troopers responded to 1360 Scotch Mountain Road in Delhi, they observed a large number of under aged youths possessing alcoholic beverages.  Troopers discovered that the residents of the property where aware of under aged drinking, & were also participating in the party.   Ridenour  & Schneck were issued tickets returnable to the Delhi town court on October 29th.

Sidney Police Department arrested 25-year-old Kristin Yale of Sidney, following an accident on October 17th.  Yale was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or higher & leaving the scene of an accident.  Yale faces court action on November 5th.

Sidney village police arrested 18-year-old Gage Leach of Norwich and 18-year-old Austin DeMuth of Oxford Saturday, following the report of a fire in a dugout at Ed Ray Field.  Both were charged with 4th degree attempted arson and endangering the welfare of a child, both face court action today.

Assemblywoman Donna Lupardo and Assemblyman Cliff Crouch will hold a community forum on the planned closure of inpatient services at the Greater Binghamton Health Center on Oct. 22nd from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Binghamton High School. There will be an opening presentation regarding the status of the closure and the public will have an opportunity to comment.

Una-lam in Sidney is celebrating their 50th anniversary today, at their Sidney location.  The company will host an open house from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM today.
