State Police arrested a 22-year-old Tyler Webb for 2nd degree Grand Larceny, for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 from a Town of Greene residence in September. Webb was held without bail and the investigation is ongoing, according to state police.

State police report that a Bainbridge man wanted on charges here was arrested in Montana. A 35-year-old Charles Brasington of Bainbridge was arrested on October 16th & was charged with 4 counts of 3rd degree grand larceny, 3 counts of 2nd -degree grand larceny & 1st degree scheming to defraud, for allegedly stealing a vehicle from the town of Guilford in November of 2013, Brasington is held without bail pending court action.

The Constitution Pipeline project cleared a hurdle today when the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued a final environmental impact statement that concluded its impacts would be within acceptable levels once mitigation measures are taken. In the report, the federal agency determined the pipeline would result in limited environmental impacts. The decision, however, also included a series of conditions that must be met for the project to win full approval from FERC. The project involves running natural gas pipeline that would begin in Susquehanna County, Pa., and go through parts of Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Schoharie counties
