Bainbridge village crews have completed the repairs on a water main problem on north Main Street near the car wash.  Traffic had been reduced to 1 lane during the repairs, which were completed by about 11:00 AM; Traffic has been re-opened in both directions on North Main Street.

28-year-old Thomas Tukalo of Edmeston has been arrested on an additional charge of 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, by the Otsego County Sheriff’s department.   Tukalo has been held in the Otsego county jail since January 25th on a separate drug charge, he was arraigned and was sent back to the county jail on $25,000 bail.

Otsego county sheriffs department have a warrant for the arrest of 35-year-old Marlee Rickard of Oneonta in connection with the sale of heroin in Oneonta.  Rickard is described as 5-foot-3-inches tall, 130 pounds with reddish-brown hair and green eyes, anyone with information is asked to call deputies at 547-4363 or the Tip Line at 547-1690.  Rickard disappeared last Friday as police arrived at her residence, to arrest her & Christopher Root, who was located and charged with 1st degree criminal nuisance and 4th degree conspiracy, he was arraigned & was sent to the Otsego County Jail he will re-appear in Oneonta city court Thursday.

The Toys for Tots “Rock in the Park” concert has signed up 2 bands for the concert in Bainbridge later this year.  Organizer Jason Hall explains:

Artemus Pyle was one of the original drummers for Lynyrd Skynyrd, Woodshed Prophets will open, and they played at last year’s inaugural rock in the park concert.  This year’s show will be on august 10th and general Clinton Park.

24 people will be inducted into the Section 4 Hall of fame this year, including WCDO’s own broadcaster Greg Davie, who has broadcast games since the early days of WCDO in the 80’s.  Davie told WCDO News of his reaction to be named:

Oneonta city police arrested 22-year-old Kevin Baker and 20 Year old Alysia Johnson of Oneonta for 2nd degree burglary, 4th degree grand larceny and 3rd degree criminal mischief.  The 2 were charged in connection with an Oneonta burglary last year.  Both were arraigned in Oneonta City Court, Baker was sent to Otsego County jail on $2,500 bail, and Johnson was sent to jail on $1,500 bail.

Delaware County Deputies investigated a 1-car personal injury auto accident.  27-year-old Jonathan Hawley of Treadwell was traveling north on MacDougal Road in the Town of Davenport when his vehicle left the roadway striking a tree.  Hawley was taken to Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown for unspecified injuries.  No summons was issued.
