State Police CNET of the Southern Tier. along with other law Enforcement Agencies, executed a narcotics search warrant at 330 Conklin Avenue in the city of Binghamton. State Police arrested 32 year old Kenneth Parker on 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance; police seized heroin, cocaine and Vicodin pills, along with a digital scale and processing and packaging materials. Parker was arraigned and remanded to Broome County Jail without bail.
