Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile, on 2 counts each of Forcible Touching & Endangering the Welfare of a Child, & 1 count each of Attempted Sexual Misconduct, and Sexual Misconduct. This arrest followed a complaint made by staff at DCMO BOCES Harrold Campus in Masonville, where the accused allegedly engaged in multiple sexual acts on different days, with multiple victims who were under the age of 17 on Campus. The male juvenile was arraigned in the Town of Masonville Court; he was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $5000 cash bail, or $10,000 in secured bonds.

51 year old Anna Santiago of Greene was found guilty by a Chenango County jury for arson Monday. Santiago was arrested after an investigation into a fire at 21 Chipmunk Lane in Greene on August 3rd, 2017, in order to cash in on her insurance policy. Santiago is being held in the Chenango County Jail, she faces sentencing on January 4th.

State Police arrested 34 year old Christina Carey of Kortright for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a reportable BAC of .26%. A trooper was dispatched to a one car property damage accident on State Highway 23 in Roxbury. The trooper discovered the vehicle partially in the roadway and that the vehicle struck a mailbox. Carey was still in the vehicle and after an investigation, she was arrested for DWI. She was released on appearance tickets to the town of Roxbury Court tomorrow.

The National Baseball Hall of fame & Museum in Cooperstown announced that Artifacts from 2018 World Series champion Boston Red Sox will be Unveiled today. Artifacts on display will include a Bat used by World Series MVP Steve Pearce, A jersey worn by David Price, Game-worn glasses used by Red Sox reliever Joe Kelly, a Cap and spikes worn by Red Sox pitcher Nathan Eovaldi & a Hoodie worn by Red Sox manager Alex Cora. A report of a barricaded subject with hostages resulted in no injuries and the arrest of 20-year-old Edgar Gonzalez-Francis of Worcester for Unlawful Imprisonment, Menacing and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Troopers were dispatched Monday afternoon by Otsego County 911 to a report of a subject with a gun holding 2 people hostage at a residence on Main Street in Worcester, when troopers arrived, the hostages exited the front of the residence but Gonzalez-Francis remained inside allegedly armed with a shotgun. A perimeter was established and Worcester School was placed on lockdown. Gonzalez-Francis was located at a nearby location and taken into custody at about 5:00 PM, without incident. The shotgun was recovered near the residence and secured by troopers. Gonzalez-Francis was arraigned in the town of Worcester Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 property bond.

State Police arrested 34 year old Justin Wilson of Colesville for Criminal Mischief, Menacing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Wilson got in to a verbal argument with a victim, damaged a television and entertainment center and damaged a vehicle, in the presence of a 2 and 3 year-old. Wilson was arraigned at Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued to the victim.

State Police arrested 43 year old Tony Williamson of Coventry, for Assault, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief. Troopers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at on Wrench Lane in Coventry. The victim accused Williamson of striking the victim in the face repeatedly, chocked the victim and disconnected all means to be able to call 911. Williamson was arrested and arraigned in the town of Afton Court where he was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond. An order of protection was issued to the victim.

The League of Women Voters announced that there will be another Gubernatorial Debate on Thursday November 1st at 6:00 PM. The debate will include the 5 candidates & will be held at the League Of Women Voters of New York State office at 62 Grand Street in Albany.

MORGAN PERRY HAD THE GAME WINNING GOAL AND DANA STEPP SCORED THE OTHER GOAL FOR THE SPARTANS. LONG TIME UNATEGO COACH SUE HERODES SAID IT WAS A GREAT TEAM EFFORT TO CAPTURE THE PROGRAMS FIRST SECTIONAL TITLE SINCE 2012…
