Sidney Village Police & State Police arrested 17-year-old Joshua Hunt of Sidney, 1st-degree rape, 1st-degree criminal sexual act and two charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Hunt was arraigned in the Sidney town court and sent to jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.

The DCMO BOCES campuses in Masonville will hold the 2015 Business Round Up Networking event tonight. Spokesperson Martha Ryan told WCDO News what is scheduled:

The event will run from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Robert W. Harrold BOCES campus on route 206 in Masonville tonight.

Chenango County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Town of Oxford man following an accident on Lower Ravine Road in the Town of Norwich. Gregory Collins is accused of operating the vehicle while intoxicated and without a license, he was charged with DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation & other traffic violations. He was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court and remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail pending a Town of Norwich Court appearance at a later date.
