More than 9.5 Million New Yorkers have received COVID 19 vaccines doses so fay, including over 233,000 Wednesday.  The state updates the vaccine numbers daily at ny.gov/vaccinetracker.

Members of law enforcement expressed outrage after learning that a convicted Cop Killer was serving on the police reform committee in Ithaca.  56 year old Richard Rivera was 16 years old when he shot & killed an officer Robert Walsh while robbing a bar with 4 other teens in Queens, Rivera served 39 years in Prison & was released in 2019 & relocated to Ithaca.

The Otsego County Health department will be hosting a 1st dose COVID vaccination clinic on Tuesday April 6th at the Meadows office Complex in Cooperstown, for those 30 & older who are eligible.  Otsego County reported 20 new positive COVID Cases today, with 11 hospitalized, & 188 active cases.

The Chenango County Public Health reported 21 new positive COVID cases today, with 9 hospitalized & 137 active cases.

Delaware County Public Health reported that 26.1% of the county’s population has been vaccinated against COVID so far.  The county had 28 new COVID cases today with 18 hospitalized & 369 quarantined.

The mobile screening coach will be at the Oneonta Southside Mall Today from 9:00am-2:30pm to provide NO COST mammograms and Pap tests to women 40 and over.  Registration is required at 1-888-345-0225.
